[mrtg] Problem with daemon....fixed

Kudos to Dave!
I have implemented his  Windows MRTG daemon software and so far so good.
My processor load on my MRTG server has dropped tremendously!, but then
again, I like to separate out my devices into their own cfg files.
It is easy to install and implement.

Also, it answers the age old question of how to get certain counters to tick
up in under 5 minutes (please check your configs as to the OID values
though)
