This usually is due to a wrong MIME type being sent. Just find a good
way to let the server report "text/html" in stead of "application/binary"
(or similar) and it should do just fine, also on windows.
The CGI should be executed, not downloaded... This is something
that should be done on the server side.
I think you should find a place where server side scripting on
windows is discussed. After all, if there are people on *this* list
who know of a solution they would have responded a long time ago.
