[mrtg] Watch your load avgs!

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share these errors with everyone in case anyone ever
runs across them in the future. In my situation, they were
one-time errors but they happened possibly for a couple reasons.
My SCSI controller and eth0 were sharing an IRQ, 1400+ targets
were being polled via SNMP (no external scripts) spread evenly
over five-minute intervals, and I was experiencing a five-minute
load avg of 8. BTW, this is solely an mrtg box.

I was already using RRDTool, but I reconfigured the BIOS so the
SCSI controller and eth0 didn't share an IRQ and I enabled
RunAsDaemon on all my configs. I was impressed with the results:
I went from a load avg of 8 down to 0.05. =)

Hope this helps someone out there, either now or in the future.
