[mrtg] ThreshHolds

I sent an enquiry earlier and got no response so I am 
going to word it differently.


Can I trigger a threshold 2 times in a config ?

I need to achieve a threshold alert if the modem_count
is 0 and modem_count > 90% 


I have 

ThreshMinI[target]: 1
ThreshMaxI[target]: 90%
ThreshProgI[target]: /usr/local/mrtg/thresh_reached.sh

It doesnt seem to work.
But if they are seperate targets it works 100%.

Advice appreciated.
