Helo,

I'd like to measure the cpu temperature of a cisco 7200 (envTestPt1Descr).
I tried something like:

nath1:~ # snmpget router public .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.78.0
Error in packet
Reason: (noSuchName) There is no such variable name in this MIB.
Failed object: enterprises.9.2.1.78.0

cpu-Load (avgBusy5) works:

nath1:~ # snmpget router public .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.58.0
enterprises.9.2.1.58.0 = 9

Has someone an idea what snmp variable is implemented in the
cisco 7200 concerning temperature.

(maybe OT: what about getting cpu temperature via BIOS on
intel PC Hardware (Linux))

cu

Wolfgang
