[mrtg] Nortel Router FCENs/BCENs

I give up. I've beaten it to death, and still no results. 

Can anyone tell me why I can't get FCENs/BCENs from my Nortel routers with
the following?

It works fine for In/Out bytes per DLCI, but when I change the ".11." and
".13." to ".8." and ".9." in the OID, I don't get anything returned after
batch runs.
