[mrtg] Keep getting this error in my win2000 event every 30 secs

Hello

Got my event log screwed up by mrtg errors, i run it as service using
firedaemin, here 2 errors i keep getting

The service failed to shutdown correctly due to subprocess being unable to be killed. Error code: 5.
--------------------
Subprocess monitoring failed due to subprocess is no longer active. The subprocess is probably dead. Restarting the process. Error code: 997
