[mrtg] D-link switches now work fine with MRTG

It is no longer true. I recently complained at the Dlink support and
they sent me recent firmware versions (the first ones were flagged as
beta but, according to Dlink, they are now stable) which do solve this
problem. My MRTG now can nicely plot the Dlink ports.
