[mrtg] Re: What am I doing wrong?

Start simple.  What happens if you just do:

cfgmaker public at 61.9.32.33 \
      --output /home/httpd/mrtg/cfg/mrtg.cfg \

Or even 

cfgmaker public at 61.9.32.33    ?

Do you know the community name is public?  Can you use snmpwalk to see what is available?

I'm very new at this so pls. bear with me. I'm trying to monitor the 64K
traffic of one of our routers. It only has 1 synchronous port with the
ff: IP address: 61.9.32.33

This are the lines I used in using "cfgmaker":

cfgmaker --global 'WorkDir: /home/httpd/mrtg' \
            --global 'Options[_]: bits,growright' \
            --ifref=ip \
            --output /home/httpd/mrtg/cfg/mrtg.cfg \
            --public at 61.9.32.33

The error that keeps coming out:

SNMP error: No response received
SNMPWALK Problem for 1.3.6.1.2.1.420.1.2 on public at 61.9.32.33
