Yes.  You can add to your heart's content.  RTM.  
There's a place on the mrtg site that explains 
exactly how to add values together.  Basically, you add
like so:

oid1&oid2:community:x.x.x.x + oid3&oid4:community:x.x.x.x

this will give you two values: oid1 + oid3 and oid2 + oid4.
