Great.  Does snmpwalk show
   <some prefix>.cacheHttpHits = <some number>
   <some prefix>.cacheClientHttpRequests = <some number>
or
   <some prefix>.cacheHttpHits.0 = <some number>
   <some prefix>.cacheClientHttpRequests.0 = <some number>

If the latter is the case, you need to modify your target line to
also include those instances (look this up if you don't know what
instances are and how they relate to OIDs).

Else I cannot help anymore.  There must be several users monitoring
squid so people, help out here.
