MRTG works fine with NAT, and should be transparent (as long as NAT is
working correctly)

SNMP will report a different IP address, but the MRTG config files and the
config generator (cfgmaker) doesn't pay attention to what is reported,
only the IP/hostname you give in the arguments.   You should be fine.
