Alejandro,

Absolutely!

On my system, I have cron entries that kick off different shell scripts 
every minute. These shell scripts execute 2, 3, sometimes 5 different mrtg 
commands with different config files. It is the only way to have different 
global parameters (e.g. WorkDir, etc).
