It is running on a BSD box, not NT.  Yes the Lib dir, I could not find a 
specific dir for Lib for MRTG.  I know that I am pointing it to my RRD 
Libraries, the path is like, "use lib qw(/usr/local/rrdtool/lib/perl/);"
This is what I am assuming I point it to.

I see that it needs to be in the cgi-bin dir.  I will try that now.
I am assuming that since it needs to be in the cgi-bin dir, the call up 
link needs to be something like, http://webserver/cgi-bin/toptalker.pl
Correct?
