Just another variant on the "find yourself an OID that returns zero"
type of answer.

Solution #1:
   for OID2==zero:
   OID1&OID2:community at router1 + OID2&OID3:community at router2

Solution #2:
   Use the external program interface.

So it is possible.  You'll end up with OID1 at router1 as input and
OID3 at router2 as output.
