In each included file, you can put a Directory[ezwf]: directive 
for each target, right?  ou may want to try a Directory[_]: at the 
top of each Included file.  I'm not sure if that would work, but it's 
worth a try...

I did have workdir: in each of my included cfg file.  I removed them and it seems to be working fine.  Sure is a pain to generate indexfiles with out that.
