[mrtg] Cisco ATM sub-interfaces

Is anyone out there pulling mrtg stats off a Cisco ATM sub interface?

I am currently using the Cisco "ciscoAal5MIB" and am able to pull the
statistics. The problem though is that when I see the circuit maxed out
it is not maxing out at the full 45Mbps that is available, it maxes out
at around 39Mbps on the MRTG graph. I know it is maxing out because I
can see it flat line. Is there something I am missing or is there a
better mib available to do this?
