There are two basic ways to skin this cat:
1.  When the number of protocols to graph is known and small, then use CAR.
You can look at my CAR page (http://www.geocities.com/djmcdon1) for more
information.

2.  When the number of protocols to graph is unknown or large, then use
FLOWSCAN.  Flowscan is a fairly complex package that runs on various unix
platforms - there is currently no unix port).  I personally have not been
able to get the patches to compile under linux, but that probably says more
about my lack of C knowledge than the utility of the program.
