[mrtg] 95th percentile

What is the best way to implement mrtg bandwidth monitoring to use the 95th
percentile formula?  I've seen a link on the MRTG site to the Sean Adams
site and do have it in testing, however it is for ver 2.9.10, however I am
on 2.9.12, and I have looked at the avgpeak Option, but am not sure if this
is what I am looking for.
