[mrtg] Trouble with cammer.pl

I am attempting to get cammer.pl to work. However, I get the following
message when attempting to run it. What is the file SNMP_util.pm? How do I
fix this? What does it want? I actually get the same message if I do "perl
cammer.pl --help"
 
I am running it on a NT4 sp6a box.
 
C:\>perl cammer.pl mrtg359 at 172.16.1.112 mrtg359 at 172.16.1.254
Can't locate SNMP_util.pm in @INC (@INC contains: C:/\..\lib\mrtg2 C:/
D:/Perl/lib D:
/Perl/site/lib .) at cammer.pl line 41.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at cammer.pl line 41.
