snmpdelta - Monitor deltas of integer valued SNMP variables

SNMP variables = 0 from redhat6.2 box running ucd-snmpd 4.2.1 ,look at the following message:
[root at ad1 stand]# snmpdelta -c private -Cs -CT localhost .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.11.10.0 .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.11.9.0

I dont konw why the snmp varisbles = 0 in Redhat....

Could you give me any clues?
