I have recently tried cfgmaker (mrtg2.9.17) with a 6509 chassis (IOS &
CATOS) and have had no problem getting the i/f indices back from it at all -
I get the same kind of results as from our older 8540 series.

Anyone have any cool configs for the 6500 series they would be willing to
share?  CFGMaker will not grab the ports - only the interfaces and I am too
lazy to code it by hand..... :)  How's that for being honest?
