Hello,

there are BUG in OLD IOSes for CATALYSTs 2900XL and 3500XL.
This catalyst has "administratively down" ports through SNMP, when port
is not connected.
This is corrected in last IOSes.
Download IOS 12.0.5.WC3b for your switch.

PS. Switches with this IOS have 64bit counters for SNMP!!!
