[mrtg] no SNMP Response

Hi there,
please read first, then can shot stone to my head :-)

I have few Cisco AS5300 for VoIP traffic. Everything ok with MRTG, but one
box suddenly started "no SNMP response". Before it was works good. It is
located on customer side and I can telnet it.  Debug SNMP packets shows
nothing.
Question : what they can did on their side ? I asked them, but no acceptable
answer received.
