[mrtg] show all interfaces

I would like to set up MRTG to look at all interfaces. I tried to use
the --no-down and the --show-op-down with cfgmaker. It will take the option
of --no-down (I did not see any affect from using that option though) but it
will not except the --show-op-down. Any help with this would be appreciated.
