[mrtg] Uptime/Translation

Hi
I'm running mrtg-2.4.18pre4 and have a problem with the german 
translation:
The uptime ("at which time '*' had been up for ...") doesn't appear if 
I set "Language: german", just the translation for  "The statistics 
were last updated ..."
If I use the original language, the uptime appears.
I'm unable to reproduce this on a different machine (not the same 
binaries), so it doesn't seem to be a bug.
But how can I get the uptime? Just recompile or is there another way to 
fix that?
