[mrtg] Catalyst 6500 Temperature Monitoring

My turn to contribute.  I recently created a configuration to monitor the
Exhaust Temperature on a Cisco Catalyst 6500.  The Cat reports the temp in
Celsius and I convert it to Fahrenheit.
