[mrtg] dont want to remove the old log

hey all

 I have question that I changed the ip address of the router in the cfg file and rum the mrtg script for the cfg file, now i can see that all the graphs are newly started means that they don't have any last logs, I don't want to loose that last logs, how can I save those?
