Obviously MRTG is doing its job well. The logical conclusion is that the
cisco router doesn't report traffic statistics on the logical interfaces.
There is a good chance you can solve this by upgrading to a newer IOS
release; the cisco site will tell you what is needed for SNMP support on
the logical interfaces.
