[mrtg] RRDtool with 14all.cgi is not producing graphs

Hi everybody,
f.o.a. i'd like to thank everybody who already helped me with my doubts.
Now, the problem.
I just switched to use rrdtool. i don't receive any error in the log file
and the *.rrd log file is also being filled with data.
i installed 14all.cgi with my IIS 5.0 on my Win2K machine. When i call the
script in my browser i only get the general data of my config file
WITHOUT the graphs. The error is: "Error: Cannot create graph"
Does somebody have ideas why it doesn't work?
