Hi,

Following up to my previous post
I upgraded my mrtg version from 2.9.17 to 2.9.21, run mrtg and got the
following errors:

[root at localhost routers]# mrtg test3.cfg
ERROR: Target[x.x.x.x_gi0_1.10][_IN_] ' $$target[1]{$mode} ' did not eval
into defined data
ERROR: Target[x.x.x.x_gi0_1.10][_OUT_] ' $$target[1]{$mode} ' did not eval
into defined data
WARNING: Skipping Update of x.x.x.x_gi0_1.10, inlast is not defined
WARNING: Skipping Update of x.x.x.x_gi0_1.10, outlast is not defined

--------------

When i run cfgmaker with snmpv2, it detects the highspeed counter and force
the subinterfaces back to v1.

Do u all have any ideas what the errors is abt.?

Appreciate your inputs.

Subject: [mrtg] Cisco 7401 sub interfaces monitoring possible?

Hi,

I would like to know if it's possible to measure the traffic usage of
Cisco 7401 sub interfaces. The IOS version I'm using is 12.2

MRTG does not seem to support the sub-interfaces .

Has anyone tried to monitor this before?

Appreciate any inputs.

Thnks.

JY
