You didn't say if you were looking for GUI/CLI, but this is a cute 
little windowed app.  You have to have the MIB defs in your snmp folder 
for good descriptions, etc; but those are found easily on the www.

I can't remember how "simple" it was, but if I got it setup can't have 
been too bad.  But I do remember using a ./configure to compile it.

It's great for snmpwalks and snmpsets, and looking thru a big tree 
without having a screenfull of values scroll by way too fast...
