[mrtg] 14all and Timezone

I have problems to get the Timezone with 14all to work. I have 14all, 
1.1p24 and the following configuration of mrtg.cfg

Target[2.5.9.225_2]: 2:xy at 2.5.9.225:
RouterUptime[2.5.9.225_2]: mrtg_ec at 2.5.9.225
Timezone[2.5.9.225_2]: GMT+9
SetEnv[2.5.9.225_2]: MRTG_INT_IP="" MRTG_INT_DESCR="FastEthernet0/1"
MaxBytes[2.5.9.225_2]: 12500000
Title[2.5.9.225_2]: FastEthernet0/1
PageTop[2.5.9.2_2]: <H1>FastEthernet0/1 </H1>
  <TABLE>
