from what i gather, the global will have precidence as it came before
(before the first interface) any of the interface options you put in.

i could be wrong, mrtg might be reading the lines in the config one at a
time, which would mean that whatever options you specify for an interface
will come into effect.

Which begs the question:  If you define a global variable as having
"Options[_]: growright, bits", and you later define
"Options[router.here.com]: bits", will growright still be assumed and
come into effect on target [router.here.com] or will that specific graph
"grow left"???

I read the Default Values example on the config reference...it still
doesn't make sense to me.
