[mrtg] Help with MRTG on WinXP box, dynamic IP

I'm running MRTG on my home WinXP box, with a dynamic IP via PacBell DSL. 
For the past few weeks, it's run fine. However, as of 1:45 AM Tuesday, it 
essentially 'stopped'. My MRTG directory is located at 
http://www.espphotography.com/mrtg/. Now one interesting thing is 
http://www.espphotography.com/mrtg/127.9.9.1_131076.html was working fine 
for 3+ weeks. Then, at 1:45, it stopped. Nothing on my computer changed, 
AFAIK. Now, however it seems the only thing MRTG is 'monitoring' is 
http://www.espphotography.com/mrtg/127.9.9.1_65539.html , which doesn't 
show any upload traffic. I tried to change the 127.9.9.1 in the below MRTG 
to 127.0.0.1, with no luck. Now the reason the below MRTG is different (and 
I know this has nothing to do with this problem) is I had this same issue 
about a month ago, so since I had only been running MRTG a week, I decided 
to start over - delete my cfg file, recreate it, etc. I then made a backup 
of my config file. So yesterday, I copied back this 'backup'. and still no 
luck. I read through the documentation and FAQ, but fail to see what I'm 
missing that's obvious.

Any help is appreciated. :)

(Oh, and BTW: F:\ is a local drive on my computer, every 10 minutes my ftp 
client uploads the mrtg files to www.espphotography.com/mrtg )
