I have not tried it either.
The new link is just an update to the 95.pl script.
It doesn't have any information on integrating the data into the new MRTG.

Even the October release link that's at the top of that page?  Looks pretty
current, but I've not used it myself.

This only works if you have the older 2.9.10 MRTG. It is not compatible with
the new versions.

I noticed that ISP always use the monthly utilization stats and take the
top 5% off, and charge for the highest after this. 
My question is how to take the top 5% off the monthly stats from MRTG,
is there any script to do this?
