[mrtg] scripts to take 5% off the utilization stats

Hi,

I noticed that ISP use MRTG to gather utilization stats, and  take the
top 5% off, then charge for the remaining highest. I got a MRTG at my
end, but I don't know how to take the top 5% off the utilization stats.
Is there any script to do this?

Are you certain you have SNMP enabled and that "public" is the correct

string?  My 4006 is running IOS so the command is different, but this
is
what I use:

snmp-server community public RO

All the router are running CatOS, but when I try to use cfgmaker as
indicated
(./cfgmaker --ifref=name --ifdesc=descr --descint

Running IOS or CatOS?
Either way, cfgmaker does a fine job with:
./cfgmaker --ifref=name --ifdesc=descr --descint
--output=/var/mrtg/anothercat.cfg public at 10.10.10.10
