If you have a Cisco CCO account, browse this URL:
http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Support/Mibbrowser/unity.pl
It's a wonderful tool for browsing every MIB and OID that Cisco offers.
Here is another useful Cisco link, with specific answers to your needs:

Subject:	[mrtg] Newbie to monitor Cisco 7204
Dear All,
I am newbie to MRTG. I just installed that about a couple of weeks back.
I want to monitor the CPU and memory utilization for my 7204 router and
catalyst 4000 switch. I am currently monitoring all the serial interfaces.
Any idea how to include the cpu and memory config in the same mrtg.cfg file.
Sorry if this question is already been discussed. Pls forward that mail if
anybody has that.
Your inputs are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for the time.
Best Regards,
Raj.
