[mrtg] 14all_cgi Graph include Threshold Marker

We're using mrtg-2.9.26 in conjunction with rrdtool.  We generate graphs
on the fly with 14all_cgi.  Is there any way to use a configured threshold
in mrtg (say 60% MaxInput on any interface), and somehow have the graphed
output include a marker (i.e. a red line) in the output to indicate where
that threshold is relative to the other information contained in the
graph?
