[mrtg] monitoring Cisco ethernet sub-interfaces and VLANs

Has anyone figured out how to monitor traffic on Cisco ethernet
sub-interfaces where each sub-interface is mapped to a specific tagged
VLAN (802.1q) ID?  cfgmaker doesn't even list the sub-interfaces nor is it
clear what OID applies to ethernet sub-interfaces.
