It all depends.  This probably missed your meeting.   But, you can 
edit the config after genration to say anything you want it to say.

is that possible to manipulate all the number in the mrtg? such as, if the real connection is 256 kb/s but in the mrtg's page (.html) will be shown as 128 kb/s ?
