[mrtg] Completely Off-topic: Cisco log TDR values

Hi, guys.
Sorry for the off topic post, but we have some network problems,
and email is one of the few things still working ....

I know there are some Cisco gurus here, so I'll chance throwing
a question at you all...

I'm looking at a Cisco log with plenty of "excessive collisions"
messages.
I did some checking in the Cisco docs:

TDL is supposed to be counting 100 nanosecond-ticks.
They also say that signals travel at about 35ft/tick.
Problem is, my log shows TDL = 104.

That's 3640 feet from the router to the fault.

No way. There's definetly less than a 180 meters total cable
length here....

Anyone able to shed some light on this?

Cheers,
Anders :)
