[mrtg] mrtg-2.9.18pre1

Folks,

I have released mrtg 2.9.18pre1 ... there is still a lot of
stuff on the stack to be integrated before the final 2.9.18 shows
up. I have released this because the statistical information at the
bottom of the yearly graph was lost is the graph did not get
regenerated ... this was because I was not reading in enough lines
of the html file where I store this information ...
