Thanks Rich, here is what I found on CISCO's website
snmpwalk read_community at vlan_number .1.3.6.1.2.1.17.4.3.1.1 ipaddress
IE snmpwalk public at 1 .1.3.6.1.2.1.17.4.3.1.1 ipaddress (that OID is part of the CISCO bridge mib, here they were looking at Catalyst Switches)
I did a search for snmpwalk vlan on Cisco's Website...

Yes it is. Dig around on Cisco's web site and you'll find a technical paper
that describes how to do it. It is a real hokey; simply add the vlan number
onto the end of the community string. (That's not a typo either!) I forget
whether it requires a dash inbetween the community string and vlan number.

You can't do a MIB walk either without making the same community string change.
