[mrtg] Replacement for Old-Cisco-Interfaces-Mib

Hello,

i am looking for the replacement for the old-cisco-interfaces-mib.

It is no longer supported in IOS >= 12.0.
Specifically i am looking for carrier transitions and
resets on a specific interface.
