[mrtg] Monitoring traffic of cable modems

Hi, I have two consults

1- I have several users connected with cable modems, But I need to see the 
traffic of each users, the modem is com21 model com2000, This modem have 
features SNMP proxy mIB II, if this modem have the protocol SNMP, can I 
monitoring the modem with mrtg?

2- I want add o remove interfaces in the configuration file (mrtg.cfg), do 
you know if exist any script for that?
