[mrtg] Best Practice 1 mrtg process or multiple

I am knew to this.  

I am monitoring a Cisco Cat 5500 switch and 2 Cisco 7200 routers with 40+
subinterfaces each.

Is it better for me to run 1 mrtg process for each of these devices or
should I combine the cfg files to make it 1 big process?
