Still the answer is no, you can only have 2 OIDs unless you have a
mathematical formula with the target.

Looks like your going to have to create 2 targets.

Target[modem1]:
1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.19.1.1.6.0&1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.19.1.1.7.0:public at host
and
Target[modem2]:
1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.19.1.1.2.0&1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.19.1.1.3.0:public at host

Made a mistake in copying the file from notepad but the OID's are unique 
They are 
1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.19.1.1.6.0&1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.19.1.1.7.0&1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.19.
1.1.2.0&1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.19.1.1.3.0

Is it possible now?
