You should be able to use the standard DOCSIS Mib for your cable modem.  The
PCX1100U is a DOCSIS cable modem.  somix has this mib file out there.

I'm working on another home project attempting to MRTG various things from
my PCX1100U obviously this custom scenario will require some work to figure
out what the various OID's are, and MIBS will go a long way in this effort.
If anyone has Toshiba PCX1100U MIBS I would really appreciated you posting
or mailing them to me and yes I checked out the stuff from SOMIX (very
appreciated).
