[mrtg] Missing Rrdtool's bin folder

Hi,

I've been reading rrdtool documentation and I still have a doubt:  when I
decompress rrdtool I don't find a bin folder that is used by most of the
rrdtool-mrtg manuals.  I found the rrdtool executable under a src folder.
Am I missing something? Got the wrong version of rrdtool? I'm pretty new
with all this and will appreciate your help.
